The new Cherry switches are exclusive to Corsair for 6 months like the original RGBs were, and they are specifically called "Cherry MX Speed Silver" (Linear, identical to reds with a lowered slope on the activation peg). The pegs are definitely a metallic silver this time around, but don't confuse them with grey, as greys have 3 variations, none of which will likely ever make it into modern consumer boards as they are really old. One would assume they'd have something like Cherry MX Speed (Bronze, Silver, Copper, Chrome, etc) simply to signify maybe tactile model with the closer activation tolerances. Razer already did this to some extent with their Green and Orange switches, though they never made a linear switch for some reason...

Ya...AMD really should be putting that cooler with the chips that make the most sense to buy, which are usually the lower end less expensive chips
