These drills are great for building stamina, speed, quickness, and explosiveness too. They also allow you to make instinctive unplanned change of direction moves and crossovers. That's where being shifty is developed and allows your handles to translate to game time situations.

Appreciate dis Jlew I used ur two ball dribbling drils to helo me get tighter handles and its been working amazingly. Im planning on going from jv bench to starting varisty my Junior schoolyear of highschool and its looking great so far!

Me encanta este video debido a que, no es como los demas que solo te enseñan un ejercicio y lo muestran perfecto pero, al ver que tu a pesar de tener un gran manejo de balón, aun se te escapa y Me parece muy realista y honesto de tu parte.

Jlew this is a banger. I have been doing these drills every morning. These are so effective because they're game time moves. I have been stringing moves together with the crossover between the legs behind the back.
