I can vouch for that Migraine Stick! It doesn't cure headaches, but sometimes you do need a distraction from the pain, and this stuff does work.

I use a clear TSA bag for all my things - pills, inhaler, hand lotion, clippers, wipes, everything. It’s easier, then, to transfer everything to another purse. I need purses that are at least 12” wide.

Okay....I have to omit...I use to make fun of people who had a notebook or calendar in their purse...but now I do. I have been for the past 15 years. It's a most in my purse.

I love essential oils and I’m totally with you about chemicals on the skin etc. Such a shame the perfume isn’t available in the uk…Literally have loads of stuff in my amazon cart, telling my husband it’s all your fault!!! 😂

I do the same thing, Shea. Any stray piece of skin gets ripped off. I find carrying a nail clipper to get it off has helped.
