How to restore steel wheels/painting steel wheels/Rim/Painting wheels without removing tires/ALIMECH

In this video i will show you How to restore steel wheels/rims and this method can be applied for aluminum wheels as well like
painting steel wheels, i will show you two ways to paint it, off the car and Painting wheels without removing tires on the car

For removing the old paint and rust i used 240 grit sandpaper and wire brush
