Second question, if you sold the custom pillow on your store, would you notify your customer that pillow will ship from China? Finally, how was the pillow packaged once you received?

How would you actually offer a CUSTOM photo pillow on your Shopify site? I'm trying to figure out the actual process on my Shopify site for this. Like, would I have a product listing but NOT actually the product plug-in from Printify? Trying to figure this part out.

plus to be honest on the XL production cost is 12.64, but shipping is a whopping 29.19, so 41.83, i use the free shipping over 35.00 so i have to pad the price in so with a min 5.00 profit the cost to customer would be $41.83 an that will sit in etsy forever with no or few sales

Joe, for the pillows and also for the customized metal signs, is there an app within Shopify that can do the customization for you and show the customer what the customized product will look like, or do you have to do each manually and then send the customer a proof? Thanks.

Can we design this via Canva premium? I'm concerned about the 4724 pixel size. Curious what you think we should charge for the different sizes... I know you teach that we're supposed to make at least $20 profit... I would think the profit should be decent.

hi!! nice video and I really wanted to put them on my store but I got really disappointed with the fact that you cannot customize them with names because they mirror the image and on the back side the name is flipped!! why they cannot add a simple back side and let us put the right picture with the name not mirrored????

Ha, when I saw your video in my feed I wondered why you were sending a photo of you sitting on the throne.. I haven't seen the Thunder Buddy vid yet, so you may answer this in that video, but...in your invoice, the shipping was "priority at $25." Ouch, for 9 days delivery, or was the invoice not correct or perhaps for multiple pillows. I used to sell bean bag chairs over the Internet, and no matter the photos and videos, we'd get returns for "not what I expected." Do you have any thoughts on returns? Thunder Buddy looks like they do a gangbuster job (I'm watching that video next), I also like the idea of customization, and they are cute. Thank for the video Joe..

Did you figure out a way to color the back ground I tried extended out the outer boarder but in the mochup it slips one side or the others, I don't get any real responses when I ask spotify questions, do you have a direct contact you can ask?
