In March 2020, the activity in my consulting business dropped drastically due to the worldwide health concerns affecting the lives and businesses of everyone in every country. So, I had to find ways to generate an income while I work from home. Since I had many years of trading stocks as a part of my retirement savings, I decided to bring it up a level and make a concentrated effort to actively trade stocks and options in order to generate a regular income. This video captures one small step in my journey for financial independence.

Well its not exactly the same, the shares only appreciate by the delta multiplied by share price

LEAPS and Poor man covered calls work great when the stock runs up, no doubt about it . But how about when it goes against you? If you want to roll your long legs you will need to pay a debit every time, wouldn’t that eat all your profit it the stock tanks and it doesn’t recover fast ?
