🌌 I'm live on Twitch on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 20:00 to 23:00 CEST, mostly Raids, Arena Scorepush or Dungeon Nuke 🦋

============= About the Video 🍁 =============

Templar got pretty much destroyed this patch even tho numbers looks decent. The jab nerf makes it way weaker in solo and 4man, and you don't really want to use it in raid over pretty much any other classes.

The class is using Heroism potions pretty well tho, and manage to get a decent sustain even without rune, which is nice.

Due to Jab Nerf, you now use Spear as your spammable, and beam earlier.

In an AoE fight, use Kinras, tzogvin or Coral instead of Relequen. If you need sustain, use Bahsei.

⚝ Let me know in the comments if you would like to see a video on the best range option for Magplar and if you would like me to add a good Magplar Trash setup to the description.

Race : High Elf
Mundus : Thief
Food : Ghastly (Max mag + mag regen)
Potions : Essence of Heroism

In a Dynamic Rotation, priority would be : Carve stacks ➢ Light ➢ Degen ➢ Bane ➢ Stampede ➢ Trap ➢ Cloak ➢ Ritual ➢ Spear
Start beaming at 40/45% ish, drop ritual at 20%. Just beam at 9% or less.

You need a pen set such as Alkosh/Crimson Oath/Tremorscale in your raid comp to be able to play several medium pieces optimaly. If you play with more than 2 light piece, you need to use Kilt or FF cp.

I’m glad we can still get these numbers with the maelstrom 2h. I’ve been seeing people use pillar of nirn on back bar and I just don’t feel like farming anymore lol. I’ll keep my arena weapons :)

It's sad plar is nerfed.. Its been my favourite for 4man and solo, absolutely smashed content with Deadly/Bahsei and Thrassian so much dps on St and aoe
Ig I gotta build up my msorc or magblade again for dungeons :(

Mate, love the numbers! Glad to see you still playing. Would you say to keep Plaguebreak for dungeons? I'm currently using plaguebreak/bahsei's mania, 2H maelstrom backbared.

Salut Charles, je re sur le jeu après 2 update, le magplar n'est plus BiS en donjon du coup ? Et avec un NB c'est quoi le Bis niveau stuff ?
C'est quoi les changements sur le magplar qui l'ont tué du coup ? Je suis deg c'était tellementle must pour burst et nuke :/

Skinny just hit 128 using rele/pillar/zaan..and puncturing sweeps!! Jabs isn't dead after all!!!

Returning to my magplar rn so watching your parse / build vids, melee and ranged both looks fun and op.
Wanted to ask - what would you run in 4 man instead of degen and vampires bane? I'm playing on console so not really fancy swapping skills for trash and bosses. And if there's anything else you'd change for 4 man runs, maybe for trials as well. Would like to know.
I'm also planning to run bow and want to try in on melee magplar as well, for that I just run vma with endless hail right, no need in poison injection then? Considering vdsa bow isn't really good for trash and I just want one bow for trash and bosses cuz console.
Oh and also which monster set will be good for 4 man? St like kjalnar / zaan or maybe like stormfist or something which will work good for trash and bosses?

Charles, sorry for asking, but how are you rocking 36k magicka on that build? I only have 31k with bahsei/whorl/siroria + Pillar or deadly? Does the trial dummy give you a mag bonus?

Hello, Charles. I'm curious why you're using ritual of retribution and not solar barrage? Both abilities seems not getting many dps benefits from their own class skill lines passive. But solar barrage cost less magicka and 2 seconds longer than ritual of retribution.
