EA Lied About Turning Off Effects in NFS Unbound

Hello everyone, we have a bad news for all need for speed fans. it seams that EA lied when they announced that you can turn off driving effects in need for speed unbound. Only thing you can turn off is the sound these effects make when you use them. We checked in the settings and the effects menu, but we did not see any option to turn off the effects. We are only few hours in the game and effects came preinstalled on our first car, and we see no option to remove them.
Tell us in the comments do you like this anime art style of the game and driving visual effects, we must be honest and say that cars do look nice, but overall visual style is not something we prefer.

I hate those effects, matter fact first thing I did when I launched the game was to turn effects off(but hey surprise...YOU CAN'T) ...and they're really annoying, good for kids tho...

The effects are THE reason not to buy the game.

The effects don't match the with the world and cars, they should've either doubled down on the effects style matching them or not done it at all.

I don't hate the effects, but I don't see a good reason for them to exist, unless they're trying to do what the THE CREW 2 is doing with similar things and monetize it, which you can pretty much guarantee with EA.

Man too many people are complaining about this. I understand not liking it, but damn the game is fun. Not playing because there's smoke effects you don't like is ridiculous in my opinion. The game is available for 10 hours of play time on EA play, actually try it out before just complaining about effects and saying you won't buy it.

The anime art style is ok. Me personally, I have a major issue with the wings on jumps.... it looks stupid.

In the effects tab you can choose to just have grey smoke from the tires and thats all
