The E is the most disappointing thing here, I like the updates for everything else, even the ult seems pretty nice. It's just sad that the E is so bland ..

the only problem with this skin is the missed opportunity on doing something greater with her E, rose quartz stones seemed to be such an obvious choice yet they missed it lol~ anyways, i think this is my favorite star guardian skin from this season! absolutely love her dress, hair and familiar

meanwhile Freljord Taliyah has them different and it's literally not an issue

overall though, a very pretty skin. I do wish that *all* of the SG skins' recalls had that foggy / misty effect underneath them like Kai'Sa and Akali, but it's okay even without it.

As a Taliyah main, of course, I'm going to get it for my collection; however, Riot really showed its laziness and apathy when making her effects. For an epic skin, I expect the standard of new VFX and models to be added. In reality, they showed very little care for a skin that has proceeds going to charity, not a good look to not give your absolute all delivering that kind of skin. Very shameful.

lmao thanks for nothing rito, if anything they managed to make the MOST ANTICIPATED Taliyah skin worse than its pre-release version. A whole bunch of dedicated fans put time and energy into giving the most detailed feedback and rito did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with it. Bravo.

Here's a list of what has been changed from the pre-release version (source: r/LeaguePBE):
- A transparency was added on her tassels and their yellow color intensity was reduced
- Her familiar now appears at the same time as Taliyah jumps on the wall created by her ultimate
- Her homeguard animation should be prioritized over her passive if both are active at the same time (should be coming with patch 12.15)

It's wild to me that the charity skin and the mythic skin for this batch are categorically the two worst considering they're both supposed to feel good to purchase own and use. Now her model is absolutely beautiful but not only do Taliyah's vfx not hold up to the current batch of Star Guardian's abilities - being a literal recolour of her base skin's abilities with some assets added - but she also doesn't hold up to the standard of CHARITY skins! It's shameful that Riot haven't created something unique for a skin that is in the same family as Dark Star Cho'gath, Dawnbringer Karma, Elderwood Ornn and many more, where is the incentive to give? Where has the passion gone since Ornn's knockout skin for 'Riot gives back'? Their excuse for clarity too? Where was that when designing Anivia's last few walls?

I love Taliyah, shes one of my favorites characters from the game, and I will definitley get this skin with all chromas (her 3d visual is stunning). But still, there are some aspects of this skin that is so underwelming it saddens me. Like, I would love to see more attention to the '''stardust'' affect that SG skins have, and Taliyah out of all of them should have these affects which it lacked quite a lot, specially on E. But anyways, i'm just glad that she is getting all this recognition and love from the players

I really like taliyah and I was excited for this skin - and it is very nice, but I feel like they really could have done more with it. The rock field could have been crystal formations, and her Q could have felt a bit more crystal/rose quartz like too. Its pretty good but had the potential to be so much more

Maybe I'm crazy but I expected as much from a Star Guardian skin. It's alright but not amazing, the chromas save the skin in my opinion. I just hope that Tali gets some of the more niche skinlines in the future like Arcana, Guardian Sands, or Odyssey. But I think they'll just toss her in school related thematics lol.

I just realized Taliyah's chromas change all of her VFX colors cause all her spells are basically 3D modeled props thus eligible for recolor. So lucky
