3 ½ lbs Chicken pieces
1 cup Apricot Preserves
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Salt ( or to taste)
2 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Crushed Red pepper (optional)
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce (optional)
