Here's some nice world building i came up with and what I imagine these gods would be like (Note: these are based entirely off the images and have almost nothing to do with the countries in question:
Every country has a patron god who watches over them, the gods love the people of their countries and try to protect them
0:05 - Azimlah - The god of the universe and the father of the first gods. He sits in his golden palace watching over his beloved humans with care.
0:09 - Josuan Estrel - The god and inventor of the arts.
0:12 - Namiosuru - A goddess of fertility, youth, motherhood and crops. Mother to the first animals and plants of the earth.
0:16 - Jua'Matu - The first king of gods and men and the god of the sun. When the earth was created, Jua'Matu built men from clay and his wife, Mwezi-Neema, built women. He and his wife dance for eternity, causing the sun and the moon to orbit.
0:19 - 'The Unnamed One' - One of the two oldest gods in existence and enemy to the other gods. God of war, bloodshed, pain, hate, plague, anger, despair, etc. He has long forgotten his name and purpose, only wishing to cause pain and suffering to all except the land of Mexico, which was given to him as a peace offering by Jua'Matu.
0:22 - Bauer - The second king of gods whose power is only below Jua'Matu as well as the god of medicine, healing and purpose. Flying with his golden wings, he heals those he can.
0:25 - Pajaro-Viejo ('Bird-Man') - God of birds
0:28 - King Huang - The third king of the gods with power equal to Bauer. He is the jolly god of fire and festivity.
0:31 - Hermosavana - Goddess of beauty. Almost every god and goddess have attempted to woo her, but Hermosavana has no want for love.
0:35 - Baruk - God of the sea and king of sea-life. He is the only god equal to Jua'Matu in power. Baruk desired to take Mwezi-Neema as his wife and fought Jua'Matu for her. But as the two were equal, neither won and the battle went on for thousands of years. It only ended when Jua'Matu struck Baruk with a poisoned dagger and threw him into the ocean, banishing him from the rest of the gods.
0:39 - Olo - God of wealth.
0:42 - 'Him' - The other oldest god along with his brother, 'The Unnamed One'. Like his brother, he too has forgotten who he is, but he hasn't lost his sanity. He speaks in a tongue long forgotten. His power is unknown to the other gods, he can cause plagues by waving his staff but he uses said staff as a cane for his aged weakness.
0:45 - Roshan-Javad - The son of 'Him' by no one. He created for himself a wife and together they bore many other gods, including King Huang and Pajaro-Viejo.
0:48 - Ganbaater - The son of 'The Unnamed One' by one of 'His' daughters back when 'The Unnamed One' was sane. Unlike his father, Ganbaeter is resepected by the gods as a hero among them.
0:51 - Kreven - The forgotten god of love and prosperity. Long ago, he left the gods to a place no one knows of.
0:55 - Khan - The former king of the sea before Baruk overthrew him. He was originally a mortal, when the world was full of evil and debauchery, Bauer suggested the gods flood the earth. Khan saw that the constant rain would flood the earth and built a boat for his family. His foresight pleased the gods so much they made him, his kids and his wife immortal and made the sea his kingdom.
0:59 - Adelanai - Goddess of marriage.
1:01 - Pajaro-Joven - The only son of Pajaro-Viejo.
1:08 - Dujden - God of conquering, battle and victory. He is the son of 'Him' and the father of Bauer.
1:12 - Kaui - Another son of 'Him'. God of wisdom and experience.
