In my opinion, this relationship is the most tragic in the star wars universe.

Just listen to ahsoka's theme. It samples from luke's theme, anakin's son. Ahsoka is a skywalker; an adopted one, yes, but a skywalker nonetheless. Like luke and leia, even ben solo, part of anakin lives on through her, in the form of teachings, guidance, and a familial relationship. Ahsoka is a skywalker, and one of the greatest at that.

Anakin: “But mine had 76”
Ashoka: “Show off”

Ashoka: “I know Anakin, your vision is flawed”


Ashoka: “I used to believe I knew who you were behind that mask. But it’s impossible, my master could never have been as vile as you”
Darth Vader: “Anakin Skywalker was weak. I destroyed him”
Ashoka: “Then I will avenge his death”
Darth Vader: “Revenge is not the Jedi way”
Ashoka: “ I am no Jedi”

Ashoka: “I’m sorry master but I’m not coming back”
“I need to figure this out on my own. Without the council and without you.”
Anakin: “ I understand wanting to walk away from the order”
Ashoka: “i know”

Ashoka: “ I won’t leave you, not this time”

Darth Vader: “Then you will die”

Ahsoka was and still is my favorite character. I feel she was so underrated.
