Absolutely perfection!!! I like to use smoked herring too with everything else. So good👌👌👌 I find that birds eye peppers have gotten miniature over the years. You are so right about cod being more expensive..but in Trinidad we almost exclusively get pollock. This looks tooo good ❤❤

Would green beans work for this recipe? I am not a fan of Okra. I'd guess just add green beans closer to the end of the cooking process?
