Unreliable. Had several R180 software hangs that required unplugging for 30 seconds to rest. Now, after a year, the toaster assembly won't come all the way back up and it sounds like it's loading the AC line (humming and the screen dims). I'm a retired engineer so I'll try and fix it myself. But, my expectation is for the money, it lasts longer. I will not recommend. When it works, it is a cool toaster for sure.

ABSOLUTE waste of money. A regular toaster is faster and you don't need to navigate multiple menus to fucking TOAST BREAD. Some shit don't NEED a "smart" version

Junk, my $15 toaster works way better. Nothing smart about it. This one can't toast the first 1/3 of the bread so it's always raw on one end. Also gets extremely hot on sides, avoid around kids. And the heat setting need constant adjustment or will burn subsequent batches
