INGREDIENTS
200 gr Corn Flour La Fe
200 gr Chicken
120 gr Paprika
2 Onions
3 Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
50 gr Green Onion
250 ml Water
1 Avocado
100 gr Mayonnaise
50 gr Butter
Cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl combine, corn flour, butter, salt, water and mix until you get a dough.
With the dough make shaped thick round patties and cooked on a griddle or pan until golden and crispy on the outside.
In a bowl combine, mayonnaise, cilantro, onion and mix.
Open the avocado and smashed it.
In a bowl combine the chicken, the mayonnaise mix, chicken soup water and mix.
Open the arepa and filled it in with chicken and avocado and ENJOY!
