Happy Mar10 day everyone! Today LEGO has revealed almost EVERY set releasing on August 1st for Super Mario! New suits, new characters, new locations and of course Princess Peach herself!

That shoe thing is from Mario Bros. 3, but it was most heavily used in Mario Maker. It basically just works like yoshi from Super Mario World, you can jump higher, and hop out of it to get extra height

The bouncy mushroom looks most interesting. The Yoshi’s house from Super Mario World game is cool. Ohhh boy, another figure to collect. Spike is a nice enemy to get. And my wallet’s gonna be really struggling.

Starting a level with the peach pipe will probably have different music, possibly Peach’s Castle from Super Mario 64

1:00 If I remember right in Mario 3 (and/or World) You could find Goombas riding in giant green boots and giant red high heels. They'd use these shoes to try and jump on Mario. If you jumped on the Goomba they'd fall out of the shoe and you could take it over. It would let you walk on dangerous terrain like spikes, or ground pound to destroy blocks. They returned in the recent Mario Maker games (second one for sure, pretty sure the first.)

2:17 Awww that set's cute. Personally I recognize it from Odyssey, but it originally appeared in one of the old 2D platformers. And THE FRUIT!!! Yoshi eats those fruits in like every game! They recaptured it perfectly!

I personally set out to buy every Starter Course and set with Koopalings, so getting two of 'em in one wave is exciting!!!

A lot of these seem to be beefing up the Sky World board style, with Lakitu's Sky World and the Crowbert CMF* being the only proper entries in previous waves.

With the gift house set, you can give gifts to other interactive characters like yoshi and toad

The goomba show is from Mario maker and I think Mario three where you kill the goomba and can use the shoe to stomp

I would get peach’s castle, but the price is really putting me off, so I think I’ll get the Yoshi Gift House because it’s cheaper and I love Super Mario World

Ash the goomba’s shoe was in Super Mario bros 3 on NES.It was only in one level so it’s understandable if someone has never seen it because it’s pretty old and obscure
