I kinda disagree with the exclusion of Magneto. The man survived Hitler's concentration camps. I think that qualifies him as Jewish for life.

Stan Lee being a jew created Spider-Man to be a jew but over time this didn't stick. But if you watch Into The Spiderverse you will see that when Peter Parker gets married he smashes the glass signalling that he is Jewish in that version.

Samson is actually a biblical (I think, at least I've learned about him through my Jewish education) hero who had superhuman strength due to his hair. He was captured and his hair was cut, making him lose his strength. It's pretty clear who the inspiration is here.

What other Jewish heroes/heroines would you like to see featured?

I like that you made a video that shows people characters of representation! However Judaism is an ethnicity so people like magneto, Harley Quinn, and Andrew Garfield’s rendition of spider man def should have been included. Hope you make a second video for this!

Also if you read The 12, both Mr. E and The Witness are mentioned as being Jewish, with the former having that as a major factor in his story arc. I'm not sure if they were originally meant to be Jewish though... unlike say The Thing (based off Jack Kirby), or Kitty Pryde.

Ur a brave content creator. Discussing categorial identity in a time when identity is arguably at the heart of modern political controversy. I might be an individualist, but I admire ur bravery, Keep it up.

I think Wanda is Jewish as well but they took out her religion in the movies. Also the newest moon knight is jewish in the prigionql comics.

Here are a few that you didn't mention
.
DC's Firestorm... well... Professor Martin Stein. He is connected to the Firestorm Matrix which gives him the powers of Firestorm. I only really know him from the CW shows, but he did have a Magen David on his tombstone, so it seems likely that he at least identified as Jewish.

Marvel's Billy Caplin AKA Wiccan from the Young Avengers had mentioned that he was a Reform Jew. He has the power to alter reality by repeating a phrase that he wants to occur

DC's Batwoman, particularly Katherine Rebecca "Kate" Kane. In the series in which she was introduced (52), she is seen lighting a menorah as part of a celebration of Chanukah. She has the power of being rich as fuck... Batman, Iron Man, Iron Fist, etc. all agree... money is the greatest super power.

Marvel's Sabra AKA Ruth Bat-Seraph. She's a member of Mossad with mutant powers of flight, near invulnerability, enhanced strength, and shooting electric quills out of her wrists.

Bro... Seriously? Magneto's skipped because he doesn't practice? Moon Knight, too? You realize their Jewish identity is everything to them, right? Their Jewish heritage controls everything they've become and everything they will become. Kitty gets a spot on this list, but not Magnus?! No Erik Lehnsherr, the guy whose Holocaust experience has shaped everything X-Men, since Chris Claremont penned his backstory? Bro. We don't always show our heritage, our bloodline, our race. Practicing the religion doesn't mean anything. And by your logic, Kitty don't belong on this list - maybe it's just what I've read, but she only mentions being Jewish here and there, she don't exactly practice. I could be wrong, but... Bro. Seriously?! Magneto's whole deal is based on his experience as a young JEWISH boy. You need to move from the whole "if not practicing, must not be Jewish" and realize we're more than a religion. Idk if you'll read this, and I apologize for coming off brash and/or rude - it's misplaced anger at how "left behind" we are in society. The world used to be a different place, we had to hide who we were. Yarr, do a part two with some proper charax. Please. Give us some proper attention.
EDIT: There is no separation for us. We are Jews. Period. When we're chastised by society, no one cares if we go to schul or fast for Yom Kippur - once a Jew, always a Jew.
