My sister doesn't bother with the child safety features for two reasons. 1) her kids genuinely are good kids and they avoid sites and content they themselves find inappropriate 2) they're smart enough to easily defeat such things.

My YouTube app was locked most of the day. So what I ended up doing was going into the video sender on messages, and just started watching stuff on there, and sending them to myself so I could just click play without opening the app.
