What's the difference between a graph, a digraph and a trigraph? In this video we will be reviewing phonemes and graphemes, before looking at the different kinds of graphemes on the THRASS chart:

A graph is a 1-letter spelling choice (for example the letter /c/ in cat).
A digraph is a 2-letter spelling choice (for example the letters /ai/ in snail).
A trigraph is a 3-letter spelling choice (for example the letters /dge/ in bridge).
