I get the median and shared use path, but what the hell are they doing? That is the most backwards way to make a road safer.

I guarantee that the accident rate is going to increase because of this. If I was mayor, i would revoke that funding immediately and tell them to start over, because at this point, they're starting to turn into Texas.

The amount of congestion on East Broad is absurd, so I hope this helps.

Also having street lights and sidewalks on a black asphalt road that tens of thousands use on the daily to commute should have been there in the first place. I'm hopeful these planners are more competent than the last ones. That bar has been set very low.
