Hey!
In this video I test out the new product from Just For All, the Just Egg. I made a little scramble first to test the tast of the product alone and then made a couple quiches. Hope you enjoy!

I added some Italian spice blend and blind baked the crust for 7 minutes.

Favorite song if the moment Michelle Branch - Everywhere- Oldie but a goodie! Love Just Egg and I'm glad the price finally came down. I usually buy mines from WholeFoods as its generally cheaper @4.04 than regular grocery stores.

Good news the currect suggested retail is now $4.49 each. The issue I'm finding is many store are over charging. I buy 6 at a time. Use it almost every day for omelets and or scrambles. Will be expanding my recipes now that I've learned from the Just web site and folks like you that are finding new ways to use it.. Thank you.

If you add Black Salt (kal namak) in place of salt. It gives it an eggy flavor.

I haven’t tried Just Egg yet, but I might have to after watching this! That quiche looks amazing.

I tried this product and really liked it; however use it for specific recipes and special occasions since it’s quite expensive where I live. It’s almost $9 for the bottle. I definitely give it a thumbs up but keep in mind that this one is more for special things that other vegan egg substitutes won’t compare to when it comes to taste and texture. I consider it as a treat; but not for regular use
