I wish I knew enough about electronics to answer that question! LOL! I hope you get it figured out.

input: likely rectified mains, may be boosted (300-400V?)

The control board got 3 isolators (white components next to the connector).

You should really check the direction of those, likely 1 input(on/off) and 2 output(status/alarm?) or 2 inputs(on/off + something) and 1 status output.

3 opto isolators on the input from the rest of the engine. one analog enable, one PWM brightness control, one feedback either serial or PWM and incoming rectified (maybe dropped in voltage) mains. It should connect to some pins off the SMPS i would need to see the back of the SMPS to tell.
