Not safe either. Ceramic coating is just simply ceramic coated metal that contains silicon. It degrades very quickly and the result is silicon in your cooked food.

so don’t overheat them and don’t use metal utensils. Got it. I have teflon, stainless and cast iron. They’re all good for certain things. I like my teflon for eggs because I can cook them low and slow..

Under the ceramic coating is another toxic chemical. Galvanized metal. If you truly want to cook with clean pots and pans, use cast iron or bare stainless steel pans. This guy is trying to advertise a product.😢
