There's a part 2 video to be made here. Marinate your chicken in pickle juice with Kool Aid added, buttermilk and Kool aid marinade and Kool aid in the flour dredge. Maybe a Kool aid hot sauce too.

I'm pretty sure that just by judging the color and the consitency of the Kool-Aid in the video that the cook dunked the fried chicken in a cool aid syrup which would also explain the intense dark red color that is sticking to the chicken. Easily achieved my mixing water and sugar with some glucose and adding the Kool-Aid atleast 2 packets at the end. Nice video

After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos:
- Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef.
- How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ?
- Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide.
And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)
