I’m sure everybody has heard at one point or the other that counting sheep could help you fall asleep if you’re finding it difficult to. However, if you’ve actually struggled with falling asleep, there have probably been times when you did not get much by way of success from counting sheep.
As a result, you probably tried to find solutions on the wonderful place that is the internet. And boy did the internet have a lot of options for you. One of those options was probably putting a glass of water under your bed.
Now, for those who have never heard about this concept, it would seem a bit strange; even people who have heard about it could find it strange too. Because, what does a glass of water under your bed have to do with falling asleep?
Well, from what I’ve gathered, you might be finding it difficult to sleep because of a lot of negative energy around you. These negative energies you might have brought in with you from work or school or wherever you were all day or they might just have been hanging around your house if that’s where you are all day.
So, to fall asleep, you have to get rid of all the negative energy. And to get rid of the negative energy, that glass of water under your bed will come in handy. The idea is to put a glass of water under your bed, said glass of water traps all the bad energy, allowing you to peacefully fall asleep. And then when you wake up, you might notice that the water in the class is cloudy and bubbly as a result of the negative energy.
