I have been using a commuter backpack (eBags Pro Slim Laptop Backpack; for anyone wondering) for my EDC for years now. I hated having stuff in my pockets, didn't want to use a "traditional" backpack as they are usually bigger, and didn't want to use a sling or cross-body due to being too small. The "commuter" size is perfect for me.

I wanted a small bag for my LARP kit since most of the pants we use don't have pockets. I found one at Goodwill with built in card slots and used it at a weekend event. And I've just kept it that way since then. I can take so many more of the things I want to with me, instead of going back and forth to the car.

Hello Parker, you are an inspiration. I love to dress up but really have no social life or connection or invitation to any nice parties where you can dress up and look good. I have also started to develop some medical problems like swollen feet, pain in my knees that make it kinda difficult to walk but I can still do many things. At first I was like no this is not for me any more but then I turned around and said why not? so what if I am not going to fancy parties, I can dress up "casually" for shopping, for hiking etc. I definitely will try snake pattern belts now LOL. I didn't use to like it but you matched it so well with the olive shirt or pant (in the other video).

Silly question… but can you show how you wear different bags. I’ve seen carried across the chest, the back, in the side hip. Is it bag style or preference that dictates? I’ve “tried them” but they never seem to “sit right” on me.

I have a series of small leather bags and a really, really nice brown leather one I got from my gran❤. I keep my wallet, phone, a wad of clean tissues (you never know when you might need them), a small face towel, some gloss and a small bottle of hand lotion. I never leave the house without any of those items😁.

Great ideas. Just a suggestion to get the kindle app on your phone, then you can read your book on your phone. I've been doing that for years. Your kindle and the phone app communicate. So when you read in one, the other one knows where you ended! It's great!

a cross body bag is perfect for secure keys, cards, cash, makeup, important documents, passports, snacks, lipstick, chapstick, mini perfume dispenser, hair clips, shades, phone recharger and cord, reading glasses, band aids for broken nails, pens, pencils, pencil sharpener, sanitary tooth picks or floss, tissue, a bandana, Ginger Chews, Andes Mints, note cards, a compact tiny rain poncho, with room for a small water bottle as needed.

I def/ly will consider some of these in my bag. Altough I overthink a lot, and it is already full of stuff. I also carry snacks. Sometimes it is even a health issue. I would carry a couple band-aids, cause... Kids. And I carry cash. Because, some places in some nice small towns around here only accept it. I consider 1 bus ride home for each one, 1 snack per kid and 10 bucks for an eventual miscalculation. But it is just me.

Before I saw your videos, it would stress me out how fashion worked and I never got it, why you had to wear good clothes but you made it simple. Thanks for that.

My question is... Can you do a video explaining about what are the best materials for certain types of clothes.

Such as what materials last the longest? What don't degrade with time and after a wash.

I am fed up of buying expensive overpriced clothes only for them to become damaged after a single wash. It's so frustrating.

Hello. You have developed great EDC kit. But you forgot to add some pocket folding knife. And not just regular one. A knife that is not just a tool, but a fashionable accessory.
There are some great stylish, fancy gentleman knives. Böker, Kershaw, Fox, Microtech, Spyderco. These brands have some models with great design.
