My mother passed away from a brain aneurysm last year in January at age 66. I was the one who found her lying motionless on the floor and called emergency for help. I remember hearing her last words in the hospital, using the last of her strength saying, “I love you, Molly”. My dad wanted me to be back home so I wouldn't be even more sad but I refused to leave my mom's side. Saw her last breath, I cried hysterically. It's one of those times in life that I will never unsee. I was born at 32 weeks and weighed less than three pounds and had serious medical conditions. I had a 95% chance of passing away from my conditions but I beat the odds. I wouldn't be alive and typing this comment without her and doctors who fought so hard to save me and it worked. I love you, Annette. 1956-2023.
