Man! Just a week ago, 1 hour before my exam, i had oats with blueberries for breakfast. I felt so good and got 150 out of 150 points on that exam :D

mixed frozen berries, 1/2tsp of cinnamon, a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice on a large hand full of old fashioned oats, all cold soaked as I sleep makes my favorite breakfast ready as soon as I get up (sometimes with Extra blue berries).

This is true: after I've eaten oatmeal with wild blueberries, my verbal fluency improves substantially. But to get this noticeable benefit, I need to eat WILD blueberries not just any old blueberries. Verbal fluency and working memory are concerns of mine because in the '90s I was prescribed benzos for anxiety, and since then I often forget what I was talking about mid-sentence or I forget how I began the sentence and so can't complete it grammatically. I've tried so many things to help with this, but wild blueberries are the best. I've also gotten some benefit from strawberries. Be sure to get organic wild blueberries and strawberries though: those two are among the "dirtiest" fruits.

This is great! Thank you! I am getting older and a little more forgetful and I am still working. I upped my B-12 and added a half cup of blueberries to breakfast. Sounds like I need more!

I have a cup of blueberries with my breakfast (oatmeal, almond milk, almonds or walnuts, flaxseeds) and a cup of strawberries in the afternoon (in the summer at least). At a minimum it helps with weight control! PS I watched this video right after breakfast. 👍😂

Blueberries are one of my favourite foods not only because they are delicious, but it's one of the foods that makes me feel the best right after and long after eating, and the most consistently. Definitely in my eyes they are one of the most powerful healthy foods on the planet ♥️🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵♥️

Considering blueberry size can vary from very small (ball-bearing size) to large (marble size), creating a notable difference in the amount of blueberries per cup, is there a per gram amount?
