I had a similar situation taking on more risk. I 10x my normal rate, but took all the risk of getting royalties from every time the design is printed vs billing per project. So if no one purchased their product, I wouldn't make any money. It has been a few months, and I have already surpassed what I would have made if I charged for just the project. Sometimes you gotta risk it, or find an alternative payment plan that works for both parties.

I guess I’ve seen the full video but just this part hits me hard every time. This particular part of the video has helped me ask the right questions and make the client understand why he/she should be spending that amount. If they don’t want to, why shouldn’t they expect results (atleast from me)! Thanks for this Chris! Love from India ❤️
