It's my favorite time of the year again and in celebration of my favorite season I wanted to do a Top 5 4K Blu-Rays for Halloween 2018. In this video I go over some of my personal 4K holiday favorites, a bit about the movie and video quality, as well as give another chance to enter my Halloween 4K Blu-Ray Giveaway!

The only one of these that I didn't buy was Evil Dead because I recently got the whole trilogy on Blu-ray. The 4K horror film I would add is Suspiria which I really enjoyed seing on the new format.

I will have a Halloween style movie night on Friday 2 November. I am not sure what we will watch or how many films we will have the chance to watch but here is five strong contenders:

1. Revenge (2018, Blu-ray)
2. House of Wax (1953, 3D Blu-ray)
3. Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum (2018, Blu-ray)
4. Trick 'r Treat (2007, Blu-ray)
5. 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016, 4K UHD)

I have seen none of those movies yet so I'm excited.

Need to get the 4K Blu-rays of Halloween (1978), Get Out (2017) and Evil Dead (1981) for sure. A Quiet Place (2018) was awesome indeed. :)

Awesome movie choices man! I have watched most of them in 4k recently! Picked up Hereditary for 9.99 in 4k from iTunes. Picked up Evil Dead (2015), and Blair Witch (2013) in 4k also!

seeing get out reminded me of the movie, skeleton key. Its a slow grind, but worth it in the end

I want the first jeepers creepers to be available for 4K. It came out when I was a little kid and left it’s mark on me. Every time I see a crows all together man it freaks me out haha

For me Quiet Place and Hereditary were meh. The prior was a bit jumpy in places but I wouldn't call it a "horror", maybe just a thriller but that's just me. The later had me interested until the end when it just got weird, I thought it would be something different! Keep up the great work Andrew!
