These books are awesome! I have had some of his books for a little while now and it is meant to hold your hand as you go through math and physics. Fully worked out solutions in the back. It shows you examples that slowly get more in depth. There are many textbooks out there that show you an easy example but the problems they have for you to work on are nothing like the example problems. This leads to confusion because you don't know how to move forward with a problem. Chris McMullen's books are an amazing help and they are super affordable (that was actually the biggest reason I purchased it in the beginning). No theoretical paragraphs explaining blah blah blah. Just worked out examples that you'll actually use and see on homework and test day.
