I like this answer, the moment the big bang created space, space has been interlinked with time. Time simply did not exist without space. Thats how i see it.

It’s like asking what’s more south than the South Pole.

“we dont know” in a more complex sentence

I want to know what happened "The _MUMBA_ before big bang"

A cool explanation I've heard to describe what the guy was poking at is wherever you are on earth, go north, keep doing that. Once you get to the pole, go north. You can't. There is no more you can go past a place of origin, you can't go to a previous point in time before the big bang because since space and time are so entangled the first time "time" occured was the first time space occurred, the big bang.

You’d need a cause that exists outside of space and time and is all powerful enough to create matter from nothing in a very controlled and precise way

Or. In other words, we don’t know, because it is an event so incomprehensibly complex by the standards of modern science

If time began at the big bang then "the moment before" doesn't make any sense at all, it's like standing exactly at the north pole then trying to find the rock that's 20 feet north of you.

That's a fact. In order to 'bang', there has to be something to bang with.

I like to think it has no beginning and has just gone through an infinite cycle of expansion then collapsing to expand again resetting all of existence over and over.

2 universes colide at 1-1speed. The negative space they create between them is 10x outcome of impact. Meaning everytime universes colide we get a galaxy thats 8x greater then previous impact.
So the understanding process should be what 2 made the first contact. Between something and nothing. Conversion.

You can’t have a creation, without the creator.

The real answer is that we don't know, nor can we.

Ah finally a man of intellect and thought. I have no idea who this man is but I know from the process of his explanation steming from his perception that hes not like neil deGrasse tyson or bill nye, a pduedo-intellectual

You can’t have big bangs prior to the Big Bang. Think about it. The universe is expanding at a rapid rate and shows no sign of slowing down. Dark energy and dark matter are the theoretical cause of this. This means that the effects of gravity between celestial bodies are weakening. To concentrate a point dense enough for the Big Bang, an immense amount of gravity would have to present. As Neil Degrasse Tyson said, the universe will end in a whisper, not a bang. The universe that we know right now will not end in another Big Bang. Instead, all energy will be depleted and everything will freeze to death, forever drifting through space.

To help explain the second theory he suggested.
We don’t really have a frame of reference as to what “happened” before the Big Bang as everything began with the Big Bang.
Space, time, all matter and reality came into creation in a singular moment that didn’t exist before.
And it’s not to say “nothing” happened before the Big Bang because that would suggest that there would be “something” that could have happened before the Big Bang.
As humans, we don’t really have a frame of reference to be able to conceptualize an idea that reality, space, time, and everything didn’t exist because it goes against absolutely everything that we know about our universe and reality.

And that’s to say that the idea that time, space, etc didn’t exist before the Big Bang even acts counter to this theory, because to suggest the didn’t exist before the Big Bang, again, suggests that their is something, somewhere, or sometime that could have existed for something to occur
Confusing, but it’s hard to explain a concept that we will never be able to understand or observe

Intelligent design is beginning to seem more and more plausible.

Scientists in 2005 found that even if this universe belongs in a 'multiverse', then even the multiverse would need a beginning. Sure, a universe producing complex life forms could be a really large coincidence, but to deny the fact that the intelligent design hypothesis has a decent chance of being true is delusional.

"You ask the direction of the north pole and people point it for you and you reach the north pole and you ask other people "where's the north pole?" The question doesnt make sense because you cant go more north than the north pole" is a pretty convincing explanation. But a lot of things could be true
