Harris, Walz hold first rally together in battleground state of Pennsylvania

Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who she announced as her running mate on Tuesday, appeared at their first rally together in Philadelphia. On Wednesday, Harris and Walz will head to the battleground states of Michigan and Wisconsin to campaign.

Waltz was the senior enlisted soldier in his ANG unit (leader). When his unit was scheduled to deploy to the Middle East Walz didn’t lead his soldiers into combat, he resigned from the National Guard. He obviously enjoyed his rank & position in the National Guard but when it came to actually deploy to war zone he dropped his pack, kicked off his boots and quit.
