Take the supplement. Try it. I have PCOS, Hashimotos and had no period at all without birth control. I started taking myoinositol and within 3 months started to get a period again when i stopped bc. 7 months later i fell pregnant. Now i have a 16 month old running around! It is worth the try!

So i started taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules - Choline Inositol Supplement for Cycle and Fertility Support for the same reasons as everyone here. After 4 days I became INCREDIBLY dizzy that lead to me being nauseous and vomiting. I’m thinking it was the high dose of 2, 000mg’s that did it….im hoping to start a different brand of JUST inositol and at a lower dose of maybe starting at 500mg’s.
I hope that helps and that I’m not incapable of taking such a seemingly helpful supplement.
