Thanks so much for having me and hosting me in Hong Kong, Ali! 🙌 Honestly, none of this would’ve happened if you hadn’t been so open about your entrepreneurial journey and shared all the lessons along the way. Just wanted to say I’m super grateful for everything you’ve done—your content truly changed my life! 🔥🙏

I'm also a software engineer who took the leap into entrepreneurship this year—I resigned from my high-paying job in December 2024 because the thought of never building something of my own just didn’t sit right with me. In the past two months, I’ve launched one project, with another in the works, and I’ve even started a YouTube channel that just crossed 1, 000 subscribers! This case study really resonates with me as a fellow engineer on a similar journey. Onwards and upwards!

Honestly, I’ve been watching Ali Abdaal’s videos for the past 2 years, and it has completely changed my life to take the action today. We all spend time visualising how to get started and where to seek for ideas. I guess I’ve wasted so much time doing that. Like he said, analysis is the enemy of success. he’s not wrong! Just do it..thank you Ali for inspiring the younger generations.

'People who make money online do so by teaching other people how to make money online.' The playbook seems to be 'get on the platform, grow a social following on the platform talking about the platform, sell courses to others on how to get on the platform.' Please can you make a video on this? Please prove me wrong because I'd love it to be so.

It is awesome to listen to interviews of "normal" people who did the things. More of these videos where you interview your audience would be awesome!

Great video! I'm a Chartered Accountant recently starting my YouTube journey, sharing what I know and trying to incrementally improve along the way. Getting started was definitely the hardest part but having that bias to action and adopting the 'producer not consumer' mindset has definitely helped.

I have been watching you Ali since before med school, and now as a medical student starting my side hustle. You are my inspiration.

I really enjoyed listening to this interview.

The best part of this video? Seeing someone who just went for it, failed, adjusted, and kept going. Success is just stubbornness in the right direction.👍

It’s really hard to finish watching this video—because every time I watch a segment, I can’t help but want to take action! Thank you and Aman for sharing!

as legend has it: anyone who says i have something new to say, he has pulled it out from their mother's womb, the people in the past have said everything.
this video unlocked so many of my self limiting beliefs, i took notes while watching. one thing holding me back was the fear of saying the same thing over and over again which got destroyed by you guys here. I'm grateful.

I really enjoyed this interview with Aman. So informative and valuable. I'm just an old lady of 63 and yet I still aspire to get there. I'm filming all day tomorrow and have lots of ideas after watching all your videos on PTYA. Thanks Ali.

Wonderful video Ali.
I’m taking the first step my doctor told me working too many nights in a row is effecting my health. I’m beyond adamant to get my business started. This is my season and everything happens for a reason. I’m going back to that video and going to do it. What have I got to lose? I’m strategizing what course to make now. I will be making $20K or more by May. I’m beyond inspired. My ADHD mind allows me the opportunity to have spontaneous decisions.
I’m going to research Brilliant to be utilized in my homeschool. Thank you❤

Great conversation, I definitely need to improve taking action rather than researching or waiting for things to be right etc.

For all those thinking "Ali is being repetitive, saying the same things" .. have you done them yet? 😅

I definitely watch content as a reminder of what I'm working towards. Thanks Ali and Aman

The problem I find from most of these types of examples are that person is either in a well paid job (so they’re able to have a decent amount of emergency cash) and/or they’re young with no dependents or responsibilities. Maybe that’s why these videos don’t appeal to a lot of people. I’m in the UK, nearly 60, earning less than 35k, privately renting and just struggling to keep my head above water and there’s many like me. I still find these and your videos generally helpful so I’m not having a go or moaning. Like you said what ever you’re aiming to do the most important thing to do is just start. Thanks for the content👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾🙌🏾💪🏾👍🏾🙏🏾😎
