New York City commercial office space leases are often complex documents that can be up to 120 pages long. Expect to pay an experienced real estate attorney several thousand dollars to review your lease and negotiate the final lease language with the landlord. While your broker is responsible for negotiating business terms your attorney is responsible for negotiating actual lease language.

I also think its good to have an Attourney read through your Lease. Better check twice before u pay the price.

Thanks Alan, I've learnt that every situation needs the right tool, otherwise you could end up losing more money that the cost of the attorney in the longer term.

Youve said alot of words without saying much somehow... I subscribed to you around the time louis rossmann was looking for new commercial real estate location and he explained it simple like you need a good lawyer so that when they put traps into the fine print they can pick that up and tell you.
