Yellowstone's Ending Takes a Surprising Turn

Yellowstone will continue after the departure of Kevin Costner according to a new report from Deadline. The show was originally believed to end at the conclusion of season 5.

Everything Beth done was for her father. Im curious what will be her driving force with John gone. It's going to be interesting, but the show definitely won't be the same without the main Dutton character gone. I love all the cast and their characters, I will, however, miss seeing Kevin Costner

So the way I look at it is this. Yes it's tragic Costner left Yellowstone, one of the best things to grace the small screen in decades. BUT, he went on to do his project Horizon. And forget the negative views on it. Its actually brilliant, with so much more to give. Which gives us more decent stuff to delve into, as well as the awesome storylines of Taylor Sheridan. And in an age of woke Disney, and the new Star Wars trash, and Hollywood's addiction to Superhero franchises, which tbh, are all pretty rubbish now, I'm delighted we have more options of high quality productions like Horizon, Yellowstone, 1883, 1823, Bass Reeves and others in the pipeline.
Yellowstone IS strong enough to carry on without Costner, as he is without Yellowstone.
