Project: Sweetwater ... a quarterly subscription

Project Sweetwater is basically quarterly, but delivery can be delayed by late fabric delivery by the manufacturer. The price is $39.95 + shipping and tax (if applicable). The boxes feature one of their fabric collections and will inspire creativity. Box contents will vary, depending on what projects and patterns they include in the box. Here is an example of what one box could include: 7 fat quarters, 1 mini charm, 3 patterns, an iron-on transfer, twill or ribbon and an iron-on label. The retail value of the box will be approximately $60.

This was my first box from them, and my last. I personally don’t think it was worth $50. The fabric is nice, but those projects I would never make. I feel like they could’ve included the Perle cotton and the stuffing for the snowman at least, but even with that I don’t think I would’ve gotten my money’s worth. So disappointed. But that’s the risk you take with these subscriptions. I’m actually not doing any quilting boxes anymore because most of what I’ve been getting has gone unused. I’m glad you liked it, and I will continue to watch your videos, but I just gotta stop wasting money on these kinds of things and start de-hoarding my stash.
