I feel like Chester first attack should have a bigger range, and his range should decrease with every atack, so the 3rd and 4th one be only a ultra close range attack

I think a good way to make Chester's main attack more balanced is to have the damage decrease with like 7%. So his 1st ammo deals 100% of the attack, then the 2nd deal 93%, 3rd deal 86% and the 1st star power will be tuned with this change, the damage decrease will be at 10%, not 7%
