One of the interesting results of an all meat diet for me was no more BO. I've heard many other carnivores say the same thing.

After eliminating all plants from my diet due to autoimmune issues, my halitosis & tonsil stones gradually disappeared too as a happy consequence. However, the downside is that now everyone around me smells terrible. Did I just not notice it before because I smelled just as bad? Or does a person’s sense of smell heighten when they only eat meat. I’m literally the only person in my friends & family who eats this way so I feel like it just must has to be my problem & I keep it to myself but man, it’s smelly out there!

One of my best friends has had this issue for decades. If you travel in a car with him, you can't do it with the windows up. His breath will stink the car out in minutes.

When eating plants, I would put on a pair of clean socks that would be really putrid at the end of the day. I could smell them through my work boots before taking them off.

After switching to the carnivore diet, I noticed the smell basically disappeared. I even did an experiment. Wear one pair of socks for a week. There was a smell at the end of the week, but I really had to inhale to sense it. My body ordor appears to have changed to the point of not really being noticeable.

Now I'm curious how long I can wear one pair of socks until they stink.

I also had a practitioner do biomedical feedback with a sophisticated machine out of Germany (used since 1946) and the deep dive of 'fixing my gut and diet' has changed decades of pain!!

We, as a species in our enormous knowledge, still don't grasp the fact that the human body is an amazingly complex "machine." It's constantly talking to you....We have not been educated about this in order for profits from medical intervention to be shoveled in.

Everyone’s gut has its on unique characteristics that’s been passed down from generations + the environment they’ve lived in! An all carnivorous diet is not gonna help everyone and vice versa with veggie/vegan diets. I’m melanesian and most of my people lived on ground root vegetables and leafy greens, seafood and the occasional poultry. I’m not a huge beef person as it gives me stomachaches. Find what your FODMAP is and go with that! Your gut bacteria is your unique blueprint of how you can optimise your body and ward off illnesses and disease.

Oh my gosh, I had this client last week and I was cutting his hair and I literally thought I was gonna get sick because his breath smelled so bad but I felt so rude that I could just not get it together

I noticed when I did carnivore for a month the smell of others made me want to barf. Your senses are so high on carnivore. I could smell all the spices and plants they ate. It is so nasty.

Cut animal protein to a minimum. Eat fruits or sweet things first, at least 20 minutes before meat, dairy, vegetables. Never together.
