my op/1 green light stay on all the time even though battery is flat. can't tell if its charging or not. I've had this charger about 3 years and only get used during winter months, it should last longer. so what is wrong??

So once it's charged, and the first light and the third lights are solid green - this means the battery is fully charged - correct? Do I then disconnect it from my motorcycle battery or am i supposed to leave it connected so that it maintains a full charge?

weird that if i have the much more expensive optimate 7, I cant charge the lithium ! isnt it?
