As somebody who has never been in the military, that’s exactly how you don’t do a fucking push-up 🤣🤣.

One thing that I know JROTC would really help out with a lot when you go into basic training is that you’ll be able to be promoted as an E-2 or an E-3 instead of an E-1, and anyone that’s already in high school and wants to join the military should do JROTC that way you can move up in a higher rank once you’re enlisted in any branch of the military, plus the program will help you decide on what career path you want to take even if it’s not the military.

My gym teacher would always chew people out for doing push-ups like that and would say they were “humping the ground” along with many other phrases.

There are rules in these cadet challenges, some schools may be difficult than others. The goal for these push-up tests is to go down all the way with your arms, and it doesn’t matter about your form. AS LONG AS YOUR KNEES DON’T TOUCH THE GROUND

Nah for my rotc(airforce) we have a partner and they put like a thumbs up under our chest and we have to go all the way down with good form and make sure our chest touches their thumb before its counted as 1

The girl at the end was doing better than all of them, great form and quick. Clearly very strong. It’s a biological fact that girls have to work harder than boys to be able to do things like pushups, so the fact that none of them were able to come close to touching how good he pushups were, is embarrassing
