5 - My favorite games. I'm disappointed when anyone I play games with doesn't like it, because it means I might play it less often.
4 - A great game. Almost always going in my collection.
3 - A solid game. Enjoyed it and can recommend it, but may or may not stay in my collection.
2 - I'm either not the target audience for the gameplay, or too many issues with it.
1 - An arguably bad game.

The lightness of the game if anything makes it more likely I can get it to the table with my wife, so that's a plus in my book

The closest I've come to playing a Dungeon Crawler is reading the Choose Your Own Adventure books. I need to catch up on all genres.

Completely agree with your thoughts. I'm intrigued...but it would have to offer more than 6 total hours of gameplay to really pull me in. I'm not the sort that plays a legacy game, then continues to play the game once the legacy portion is complete.

Because this is app-driven, there should be no excuse for not having a SOLO mode.

Loved playing My City with my wife, Not sure about Divinis. It is hard to back something that is a mystery wrapped in a legacy game. Is it good??? I think Charterstone. Hyped, but fell kind of flat.
btw, Did you back and are you going to do a gameplay of Shadow Kingdoms of Valeria? Played a 5 player last week.... It worked well, but a bit long for this game. I think 3 is the sweet spot.

Im interested to learn more in the campaign. But from the sounds of things it sounds like the app might not have been entirely necessary or add so much?
Though Ive found LDG's evolution of their app tech so fascinating and Im very excited to see what theyre doing :)

I will pass on this game, for 3 reasons :

1. No solo mode
2 App, I don't want to have to stare at a phone
3. A legacy game with a weaker story.

The mechanics look pretty dull from what I've seen so far. Rolling numbered dice and manipulating them to arrive at a number in order to pick a tile.. It looks so pretty though. Maybe I'll just buy it for the box art to display on my already overflowing shelf, haha not!
