If it is worth what Trump says. How much revenue is it bringing in a year? If what Trump says is true, he is sitting on a huge non performing asset! That's not shrewd business. If he were to sold that property, at his price, his profit from deposits, bonds would greatly surpasses many times.
So I tend to think he overvalued it a lot.
