Fisherman narrowly avoids being impaled by huge marlin, Australia

Three anglers had a close call with a marlin off the coast of Port Stephens in Australia on New Year’s Day.

This video, posted by Conor Cogan, shows the fishermen aboard “The Pump” when they nearly reeled in the fish, which almost impaled one of the men.

Cogan wrote this catch was “pretty much as close as it gets.”

I see no difference between a toreador and a people fishing like that. Live by the sword... And I also see no difference in hunting rhino's and panda's and people fishing marlins.

I have a real question. Where and what kind of boat do you need for fish like this? I only fish on fresh water lakes cause of where I live but I want to take trips out to the coast and fish like this.
