DIY Copper & Wood Lamp

In this video we'll make a lamp from copper pipe and fiitings with a with a white Oak base.
Here is what you'll need.
- Wood of your choice
- 1/2" copper pipe
1 pcs 11-12" long
2 pcs 3 1/2" long
2 pcs 1" long
4 90 degree elbows
2 female adaptera for 1/2" copper pipe
1 male adapter
1 light kit or old lamp

Nice project. I do lamps from cedar and instead of channeling the chord on the bottom of the base, I drill a 1/4 in hole on the back side of the base and run my chord through there. To me it protects the chord better plus looks more professional. Each to his own!! I do enjoy your videos and learned much from watching. Thanks!!

What do you use on the rag, to wipe off excess epoxy?
