a commercial manager

With around 10 years' worth of sales experience, Sara wanted to make a change in her career path. Still using a lot of her current skills, she wanted to try something completely different. She now very happily works as a commercial manager for a publishing and media company, but originally thought she was going to end up in sales again.

Sara explains that coming to Randstad was a different agency experience. Rather than directing her to sales again, her consultant listened to what she wanted and found a company that suited her personality as well as the direction she wanted to take.

Sara says that it's good to be honest. If there's something you really don't want to do, then you don't have to do it. She made a very big change in her career and has been very content since.
