My wife and I, from Northern California, came to Williston this past summer to visit Theodore Rosevelt National Park. Williston is a very nice little town and a great place to start when heading to the National Park. I was very impressed with your new airport located about 11 miles outside of town. Although small, the new Williston airport is first class. Travelers should be warned that taxi and ridesharing services can be hit or miss in Williston, especially at night. People in North Dakota were very friendly and treated us very well.

If North Dakota is such a great place to live, a whole lot more people would live there. I spent three years in Central North Dakota and it was a nightmare.

You forgot to mention that some of the communities you have shown us have HOA's, and a lot of the boom construction has relatively poor quality compared to older homes. The house I bought was built in 1952 and is solid as a rock. Williston is a great place to live, really hard to find anything better.

Love this video, We are considering a transfer here. Are there any updates that can be made to this video? Do you know anything about the Homeschooling community?

I lived in Williston for about 7 years let me tell you it blew. Everyone exploits the fact that you work in the oil field yes we were making a good living but good grief the prices at some of these places were outrageous and as far as welcoming depends on where you went and who you knew

What is the Ag career looking like out there? Would another part of ND be more appropriate to look at? 10+year experience albeit in nj and va so different crop zones obviously.

I sold everything in California and moved to Williston nd one of the best choices I made in my life I moved with the whole family 💕 everybody's pretty friendly not that much stuff to do just fish hunt or go to the shooting range healthcare and education aren't the best but still okay only bad part is the winter ☃️☃️☃️☃️ pretty extreme weather weather gets to the negative numbers

I’ve lived in ND 41 years what he doesn’t show is the winter time, bring extra clothes, but small town’s friendly people, great schools, used to be inexpensive cost of living
