For me, it’s a simple rule if it isn’t an iconic is getting scrapped or sold if it’s a legendary, I like I will keep it. I literally only have one legendary I use in my inventory. The rest of them are just iconic.

Depends on when you go to the area...if you go during Act 1 or early Act 2, that stuff won't be nearly so high Tier. There are places I actually avoid going until well into Act 2 so the items there are worth picking up. Isn't there also a Perk shard there?
