Hello all, something a bit different for this channel. But I saw for awhile how terminology and concepts might be difficult for new people to understand, but they still want to start pokemon battling competitively. So I made a basic guide to understanding.

I'm not perfect, so if any information is incorrect, outdated or not cited properly, please let me know and i will put an addendum in the description.
